I am confident 2012 will build on the positive momentum established in the last half of 2011. I believe this year we will see a market with a healthier balance between home buyers & sellers. Homes that are competitively priced against their competition will continue to sell within a few weeks, not months. This is a great time to buy a home, as interest rates are likely to remain at or near historic lows.
